The Broar (“we”, “us”) runs thebroar.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you send the contact form or email us we receive the details you type: name, email, optional phone number, the services you are interested in, a budget range and your message.
• Usage analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read. Where advertising pixels are used, they are disclosed in a cookie notice before they load.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to prepare a proposal, to run the engagement if you become a client, and to keep the site secure and improving. We do not sell personal data and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to run the business — our email delivery provider, hosting and analytics vendors — and only for those purposes. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick it back up. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices
